Job Description
We’re looking for a Design Intern with a dual vocation:
Help build and maintain our internal Knowledge Base — produce high-quality documentation that captures the craft, criteria and operational standards of CUBRO’s design team.
Support training initiatives — prepare and help deliver learning materials for designers and cross-functional teams.
This internship suits someone with solid design foundations, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in making complex ideas clear, visual and usable.
Key responsibilities
1. Knowledge Base & documentation
Produce clear, structured and visually engaging documentation on design processes, methods and best practices.
Maintain and update existing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with CUBRO design standards.
Work with designers and team leads to extract tacit knowledge and translate it into accessible written and visual content.
