You own the enterprise knowledge systems that let a U.S.-based SaaS company's employees find, share, and apply the right information when it matters — institutional knowledge, policies, procedures, and best practices captured into a single, reliable source of truth. Your work follows defined content standards, taxonomies, and governance cycles aligned with operational, compliance, and L&D priorities.
This is not a writer-only role. You operate within established knowledge frameworks, partner with SMEs and Learning & Development to capture and disseminate knowledge, and are trusted to drive adoption measurably over time.
