Job Description
The Kitchen/Laundry Technician is responsible for the maintenance repair and proper operation of all kitchen and laundry equipment within the hotel. This role ensures that all equipment is in safe efficient working condition to support smooth food production and laundry operations thereby contributing to overall guest and colleague satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on all kitchen and laundry equipment including dishwashers ovens refrigerators freezers ranges washing machines dryers steamers and boilers.
Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure equipment is functioning at optimal efficiency and in compliance with safety standards.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests from the Culinary and Laundry departments.
Maintain proper records of preventive maintenance schedules repair works and spare parts used.
