We're seeking a Kitchen Workforce Coordinator to support our Executive Chef and the wider kitchen brigade in coordinating the people, processes and compliance that keep our kitchen operations running smoothly. 

As a Kitchen Workforce Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting workforce administration, recruitment and onboarding of our casual kitchen workforce, rostering coordination and employee record management across our large kitchen brigade. You'll be at the centre of workforce operations, building strong relationships with employees and leaders while ensuring they have the support, information and resources they need to thrive.
