Overview

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork. You'll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is at the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to guarantee the safety of the team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and pull together as a team when needed.
