Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to join our team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Certificate or Diploma in Professional Cookery, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality Management is an advantage.
- 1-3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented according to company standards.
-Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency.
-Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
