Job Summary
The Kitchen Supervisor oversees the daily workflow and supervises kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations. The role is responsible for upholding food standards and operational procedures, maintaining consistency in food quality and presentation, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Duties include inventory management, coordination with kitchen personnel, and ensuring the team is adequately trained and prepared for service. This role directly supports the kitchenβs ability to deliver a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar position from either food and beverage and or hotel industry is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in food safety procedures.
- Problem solving skills and communication skills a must.
- Can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
