Home Run Inn Pizza is looking for a reliable and experienced Back of House Supervisor to join our Fast Casual restaurant in Hillside, IL!

Job Summary : The Kitchen Supervisor supports daily back-of-house (BOH) operations by leading kitchen staff, ensuring consistent food quality, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and helping execute smooth service during high-volume shifts. This role models company values, coaches new team members, and ensures that all recipes and procedures are followed to Home Run Inn standards.
