We are a western-style casual dining café serving light meals, snacks, and specialty coffee. We are looking for a versatile and energetic team member who can handle both kitchen and front‑of‑house duties. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety - no two days are the same!

Kitchen - Western light meals & snacks

• Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, portioning) for sandwiches, salads, pasta, and small plates.
• Assist in cooking simple dishes like burgers, toasties, fries, and daily specials under the chef's guidance.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and follow food safety standards.

Coffee & beverage preparation

• Operate the espresso machine - make basic coffee drinks (e.g., lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos) with guidance.
• Prepare tea, juices, and other beverages as ordered.
• (Full barista training provided if you're new - just bring a willing attitude!)
