We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house operations at Bob and Berts. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, coffee and delivering top-notch customer service, and can manage a small team while maintaining high standards of food quality and speed. You will take ownership of the kitchen, including inventory, staff scheduling, menu development, and food safety, ensuring a 5-star experience for our customers.
