Responsibilities
- To carry out duties as appointed by the Stewarding Manager, Aide Supervisor, Stewarding and also the Manager, Stewarding.
- To perform basic cleaning duties as appointed by the Group Leader in accordance with established standards of efficiency and timetables.
- To guarantee the safe, appropriate and economical use of Stewarding equipment, including:
- Dishwashing Device
- Glass washing Device
- Pot Washer
- Floor Cleaning and Maintenance machines
- Silver Burnishing Machine
- Transport Cars
- To cleanse, wash and polish dishes and other operating equipment in any Food and Beverage outlet according to the established health ...
