Job Description
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage and organize a section of the kitchen (hot, cold, pastry, etc.).
β’ Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meet Amarettiβs high standards.
β’ Maintain quality, freshness, and consistency in all dishes.
β’ Follow hygiene and food safety regulations.
β’ Collaborate with the team and Executive Chef on menu development.
