Kitchen Fitter - Property Services
Job Type: Temporary
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hounslow
Salary: £24.00 - £25.00 per hour (PAYE or CIS)
A Kitchen Fitter is required to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality kitchen installations within domestic properties. The role involves fitting complete kitchens to a high standard, alongside associated finishing works including tiling, plastering and flooring. Previous experience working within occupied properties, social housing or domestic maintenance is highly desirable.
Daily Responsibilities:
Installing complete kitchens within residential properties
Carrying out all aspects of kitchen fitting to a high standard
Completing wall and floor tiling as required
Undertaking patch plastering and making good following installations
Installing Karndean flooring and associated floor finishes
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to specification
