Flatty Wap is a New York-inspired pressed wrap kiosk opening August 2026 in the heart of Singapore's CBD. We're not a food court stall. We make everything from scratch — 48-hour jerk, 36-hour brisket, in-house sauces and slaws — and we move fast without cutting corners. Small team, high standards, real craft.

The role

You’ll be the engine of the kitchen — prepping proteins, sauces, and components to spec before service, keeping the line stocked and clean during rushes, and following our SOPs with precision every single time. Speed matters. Consistency matters more.

This is a part‑time role with a clear path to full‑time for the right person.

What we need from you

• Minimum 1 year experience in a food prep or kitchen assistant role
• Fast hands and a clean station — you don't need reminding
