Our resort in San Agustín on Gran Canaria is located between the coast and the mountains, just a few steps from the sandy beach. Summer temperatures prevail here all year round. Our guests relax in one of our 60 apartments, enjoy a soothing massage or savour local and international dishes in our ‘Palmeras’ restaurant.
What you can expect
Responsibility for quality standards, service procedures, cost control and the operational management of our 50-seat restaurant ‘Palmeras’.
Coordinating and supervising all activities of the kitchen and service staff, a team of 3 people.
Responsibility for attractive offers and menu planning.
Organisation and preparation of all meals.
Carrying out monthly inventories and supervising and maintaining supplier relationships.
You will report directly to the department manager and the Corporate Food & Beverage Manager.
