Job Description
Key Responsibilities Assist in preparation of food products (e.g. curry puff production, rice dumpling wrapping) Support packing of cooked food items according to company standards Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times Follow food safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Comfortable working in a food production / central kitchen setting Responsible, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Good teamwork and communication skills Physically fit to perform standing work and basic food preparation tasks Able to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety Prior kitchen or food manufacturing experience will be an advantage
