We are currently recruiting for someone who is flexible and capable of carrying out Kitchen duties. The right candidate will contribute to the high standards of service that are maintained throughout our nursing home. This is a home from home for our residents and we passionate about creating the best quality of life for them while they are in our care. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be passionate about elder care, providing residents with a friendly, unique, homely service.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Compliance with 'HACCP' guidelines as directed by the Head Chef ensuring all work practices are in line with regulations
• Ensuring the food service areas, kitchenettes and dining rooms throughout the Nursing home are clean at all times
• Ensuring the dishwasher and surrounding area is clean and used efficiency
• Ensure all the equipment is cleaned to a high standard...
