We are looking for a Kindergarten Curriculum Manager for an international school located in Shanghai. This position is available with an immediate start.

About the Role

This role is responsible for leading the kindergarten’s English curriculum delivery, supporting teacher development, and ensuring consistent teaching quality across the school. The position also involves mentoring teachers, overseeing curriculum implementation, and providing hands-on academic support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and ongoing improvement of the kindergarten curriculum, ensuring teaching quality across all age groups
• Observe classes, review planning and progress reports, and provide teachers with clear academic feedback and guidance
