Key Account Specialist (Open)

We are seeking a Key Accounts Support Specialist to be the customer champion assigned to a dedicated portfolio of global accounts. In this position you serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. The role works in close partnership with the Global Key Account Manager to ensure excellence in account execution, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with customer stakeholders across regions.
• Support the Global Key Account Manager in managing and growing the assigned global accounts.

Customer Support Activities

• Process and coordinate customer requests and inquiries across regions.
