Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE:

To manage and grow business from key accounts by developing strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable Soudal adhesive & sealant product solutions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and increasing market penetration in the assigned territory.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


β€’ Identify, onboard and manage key accounts such as contractors, application partners, distributors, and large institutional customers.

β€’ Drive sales growth by promoting Soudal’s adhesive and sealant product range to existing and new customers.

β€’ Understand customer requirements and recommend the right technical products and solutions.

β€’ Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical support at customer sites.
