Job Description
- Own the platform P&L and monthly growth targets; run JBPs, monthly business reviews and buyer / category-manager relationships across each qcom platform.
- Drive assortment — right SKUs on right platforms, dark-store-level availability, fast new-launch listings. Apply pack-architecture learnings for qcom (impulse packs, 50g makhana, pack-of-3 formats).
- Protect availability and fill rates — plan inventory with supply chain, keep in-stock % high, kill avoidable out-of-stocks.
- Grow visibility with the performance team — platform ads (Blinkit / Zepto), banner and category-page placements, share of voice, and keyword / ranking gains.
- Manage pricing and promotions — platform-funded vs brand-funded offers, competitive price points, margin discipline.
- Partner with internal category managers to build combos, price points and formats suited to each category on qcom.
