We're looking for a highly driven professional who understands both talent and client dynamics. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed bench consultants, consultant redeployment, client relationships, and demand generation within the IT staffing ecosystem.

Please Note: This is not a Resource Management (RMG) role. We are seeking someone who can strategically connect available talent with business opportunities by collaborating across recruitment, sales, delivery, and client teams.
