Job Title: Key Account Manager
Overview: As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our most important clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Your primary objective will be to maximise customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Have to handle Amazon, Flipkart & other platforms.
Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives thoroughly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and coordinate all interactions between the client and internal teams.
