Job Description

What does the job look like?

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Key Account Manager to ensure we meet our commitment to tier one customers through the provision of quality service and operational efficiency. Through a proactive approach to relationship management, this role is empowered to drive customer growth and retention by ensuring our service offerings reflect the Linfox core values of Loyalty, Integrity, Fairness and Trust and translate into the delivery of operational excellence. We currently have a full-time onsite opportunity working Monday to Friday starting between 8 - 9 am. Key areas:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure service delivery is in line with contractual requirements

  • Innovate and analyse to improve processes, reduce cost, maximise profit, share of wallet and revenue streams
