- Update database for knowledge management
- waivers submitted and obtained for A&A
- Assist and exposure to day-to-day running of Asset Enhancement project mgmt work. (Design Mgmt, Procurement, Construction, Document Mgmt, Defects Mgmt etc)
- Explore opportunities for automation / optimization using AI.
- Opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders throughout the value chain and understanding the real estate industry more.
