Job Description
Take charge of your job site as a Site Superintendent with LROCON. This full-time position in Kelowna focuses on managing ICI projects from start to finish.
In this role, you will lead the field operations on various commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. You will enjoy a collaborative work environment where your input directly influences planning and execution. You are expected to drive quality, safety, and efficiency while overseeing every aspect of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for scheduling, quality, and safety protocols
• Manage trade partners and field operations effectively
