Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) is seeking a KC-46 Engineering and Certification Integration Manager (Level K) within the KC-46 Safety, Certification, and Performance organization in Everett, WA. This is a high-visibility and developmental role with leadership and technical assignments that directly support KC-46 certification and engineering integration across production and deliveries, development programs, and other chief engineer directed assignments.

This position requires a leader who takes ownership and demonstrates the ability to negotiate, build consensus, establish operating rhythms, remove roadblocks, and work across teams to deliver results.
