Job Description

An important multinational pharma company, located in Barcelona province, is seeking for a KAM Modern Trade role.

Job Role

Assists in planning and implementing sales to specific major accounts where cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and account management skills are critical.

Key Responsabilities

β€’ Assists in the planning, establishment, and maintenance of account relationships within assigned named/key accounts.

β€’ Meets personal sales targets across the full line of products and/or services within assigned accounts.

β€’ Monitors competitor activity in each account and participates in the development and implementation of appropriate response strategies.

β€’ Under guidance of more experienced account managers, learns how to build and cement strong client relationships that support long-term sales objectives.

β€’ Develop competencies skills of direct reports (if applicable).
