Primary Function
- He / She is expected to generate plan, implement and monitor effectiveness of the project. Render support and assistance within his/her section and others in achieving the overall company goals and targets.
- Responsible for generating plans, implementing, and monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of projects. Establishing motion improvements to reduce processing time without affecting quality.
- Support Company’s wide cost reduction project. Analyse and maintains capacity on assigned area as well as making plan and execution how to improve capacity.
- Conducts Motion and time analysis in target processes
- Conducts cost and benefit comparison for target projects
- Supervises Process Improvement associate
- Conducts Kaizen step 1 training to FSCT Employees, and promotes and execute Kaizen mind culture development.
