Purpose of the Role

• Provide ongoing legal support to internal departments in their daily operations, offering legal guidance and counseling as needed.
• Assist in resolving potential disputes with third parties, managing claims, and overseeing existing litigation or arbitration procedures.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors, both locally and internationally.
• Support the Board of Directors when required and participate in corporate governance activities.
