Job Description
Job Scope
- Review and manage treasury-related legal documents (e.g. banking agreements, KYC, trade finance) and flag risks or issues
- Coordinate global bank documentation, including account opening/closing and signatory updates
- Support bank guarantee applications and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of bank accounts, authorised signatories, and treasury documentation
- Manage treasury transactions and data in TMS and SAP (e.g. FX, trade finance, intercompany loans)
- Provide system support for treasury platforms and ensure secure banking connectivity
- Support M&A activities and assist in process improvements, automation, and digitalisation initiatives
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Banking, or related fields
