Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of loan-related transactions
- Ensuring efficient completion of GLAS’s KYC processes for relevant parties, in conjunction with GLAS’s Due Diligence team
- Ongoing review of loan and security related transaction documents
- Covenant monitoring through the collection and analysis of financial statements and information, with immediate distribution and posting of required documentation to the lender group
- Facilitating deal amendments and handling the collection of lender votes within required timeframes
- Facilitating obligor accessions
- Ensuring timely updates of relevant GLAS internal systems and databases
- Shadowing senior team members on more complex transactions
- Responding promptly to queries and requests from transaction counterparties, providing exceptional customer service
