Junior Support Engineer – SAP (Hybris) Job Location: Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi
Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for the SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting application issues, performing first-line resolution, and supporting business‑critical eCommerce operations while working closely with senior engineers and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the Hybris type system, items.xml, and ServiceLayer basics (models, DAOs, converters/populators)
- Read and write impex; run FlexibleSearch queries; navigate Backoffice and HAC
- Work with core commerce modules—catalog, cart, checkout, WCMS, pricing/promotions—at a functional level
- Perform general support: logs and triage tickets in the ITSM tool (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira), follow ITIL incident/service‑request...
