It’s a hands on, no ego environment where people back each other and get the job done. Operators jump out of machines, supervisors stay close to the work, and everyone chips in. This isn’t subdivisions or Tier 1 road jobs, it’s practical, varied work where you’re involved in the delivery, not just watching it.
