Job Description
A Junior Sous Chef at Zuma you’ll be a key member of the
kitchen team, acting as a support to the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing
kitchen operations and leading the kitchen team while maintaining the highest
culinary experience.
Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection,
inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma
Madrid. Zuma brings its world-renowned experience to the Spanish capital,
