Role Overview

The Junior Sous Chef supports kitchen leadership by supervising sections, maintaining standards, and ensuring smooth service delivery. This role bridges execution and supervision, supporting both quality and discipline in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen sections during service.
• Ensure correct preparation, storage, and labelling of food.
• Support training and guidance of CDPs and Commis.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Step into leadership roles during busy service periods.
