About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Service Desk Technician to join our Service Desk team and provide reliable, professional, and securityconscious firstline IT support to clinicians, practice staff, and corporate users. This is an entrylevel role designed for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in IT support, learning the right way to troubleshoot, communicate, and escalate issues in a regulated healthcare environment.
You will be a frontline point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, working closely with senior Service Desk colleagues while developing your technical confidence, documentation skills, and understanding of secure IT operations.
