Job Description
Become a vital part of Urbacon's project team as a Junior Project Scheduler. Focus on crafting and maintaining accurate schedules to streamline construction projects and drive their success.
In this role, directly report to the Senior Project Planner and Scheduler. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed project schedules, performing critical analyses, and coordinating resource usage effectively using Primavera P6. A background in construction will enhance your capability to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain construction schedules for various projects
• Develop and analyze cash flow, manpower histograms using Primavera P6
• Monitor schedule performance and analyze deviations
• Populate schedules with accurate cost and resource data
• Provide periodic updates to the project management team
