Job Overview
Diamond Ceramics is looking for a junior manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming jobs via Whatsapp.
Delegate staff (between 5-10) to attend to the jobs.
Arrange and plan traveling routes for the staff.
Liaise with clients to provide them with updated statuses of jobs and solve any queries experienced on site.
Report to the head office daily and source new clientele to perform demo vehicle valets at new dealerships.
Report to the director of the company on all completed jobs and the status of all new clients.
Requirements
- Own a vehicle
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Experience managing a small team of 5-10 staff
Salary & Commission
Salary negotiable.
Commission structure available with a fuel allowance.
