With great attention to detail and communication skills you will prepare and present high-quality property market research in a timely and effective manner for internal and external clients.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Assisting with the preparation of market commentary, reports and general research for internal and external clients.
- Data mining residential real estate statistics (sales, rentals, and others) and presenting them in an attractive manner.
- Maintaining knowledge of market trends daily via newspapers and other media, industry publications, market participants, both internal and external.
