£28,000 - £35,000 + Overtime + Training + Career Progression

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company for a Junior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's looking to develop their skills, gain hands-on experience, and progress into a fully-fledged Service Engineer role.
The Role
You'll be working alongside experienced engineers, supporting service, maintenance, and installation work across commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Assist with servicing, maintenance & fault finding
Support experienced engineers on-site
Learn how to diagnose faults and complete repairs
Carry out basic maintenance tasks independently as you progress
Use Simpro system for job updates and reporting
