Opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor, Co. Tyrone. Our Group of Companies include a Formwork & Concrete Contracting business, a Rental business and a Manufacturing business with operations based in Dungannon. We are on the lookout for a Junior QS to join our commercial team and assist senior management on projects. In this role you will take on a number of small to large scale projects within N. Ireland, ROI & Scotland. We do a lot of commercial projects within the public and private sector. .



Responsibilities

Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts

Procurement of sub-contractors and preparation of sub-contractor order documentation

Assessing and certification of sub-contractor interim payments

Preparation of Interim valuations and final account

Managing and valuing variations

Assist in the production of pre-contract take-off interim valuation and final account
