The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Candidate Property Practitioner to join the Citra property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property under the mentorship of experienced professionals. The successful candidate will assist in the leasing, marketing, and administration of residential properties while working towards full registration as a Property Practitioner under the Property Practitioners Act.

This role requires someone who is presentable, sober, and holds a clean record—you will be representing the Citra brand directly to clients, owners, and tenants on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities 1. Leasing & Rentals Assist with the marketing and listing of available rental units across relevant platforms.
