Responsibilities
- Assistinplanningandorganizingtasksrelatedtofacilityrefurbishmentandadaptations.
- Supportcoordinationandcommunicationwithsuppliersandserviceproviders.
- Helpoverseebasictechnicalequipmentsuchascompressors,generators,pumps,HVAC,electricalsystems,andfireprotectionsystems.
- Assistinmanagingserviceslikepainting,gardening,flooring,andgeneralmaintenancework.
