Job Title: Engineer – Process, Junior Job Summary Work as a trainee process engineer, under guidance of a process / project engineer or a program manager assigned to a task, program or project Responsibility Assist project / process engineer with all program elements like documentation, attending meetings, as instructed Participate APQP / CFM teams and record all activities for action trackers Participate in continuous improvement efforts based on the feedback from external (CAT, SAT) and internal related performance indicators Develop and monitor strategy for procuring special tools and fixtures where required In collaboration with manufacturing engineers, estimate cycle times for each operation in the process Participate in reviewing Process FMEA on regular basis and work with engineering and core teams to reduce high RPN numbers.
