Payroll Analyst

Our Payroll Analyst will support the people operation team in the monthly procedures to best fit our different demands and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in the countries where we operate.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration: collect payroll information from managers, prepare, generate, check and submit payroll figures on a monthly basis.
• Maintain internal and shared files with providers to ensure data accuracy and efficiency using Google and Excel sheets.
• Conduct payroll checks on provider results to ensure data accuracy and completion.
• Assist employees with tax‑related questions in support of our providers.
• Coordinate between HR, Finance, Legal and the outsourced payroll provider to ensure clear communication and efficient payroll service.
• Support the people team or other departments on any payroll or benefits related topics.
