We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for our Israel-based employees in cooperation with payroll vendor. Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for a designated employee population
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency between payroll and HR data
  • Process payroll adjustments (bonuses, deductions, refunds, accruals, and ad-hoc payments)
  • Prepare payroll reports and support stakeholder inquiries
  • Handle employee and manager queries (2nd line support) via the case management system
