Position Summary

The OpenAir Administrator is responsible for setting up and maintaining projects in OpenAir (SuiteProjects Pro), ensuring project information matches approved contracts and internal requirements. This role works closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain accurate project data, support billing processes, perform system audits, and manage user access.

This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to follow established processes.
