Primary Purpose of the Job First time customer complaints resolution. Asset & Fleet Management Vehicle Inspections Monitoring of movement reports Updated vehicle register Compliance of vehicle services intervals & general maintenance of vehicles Updated equipment registers Human Resources Management of attendance & time keeping Leave management IR knowledge and implementation Knowledge of HR processes General Housekeeping of offices / facility / scanning stations Adherence to Travel Policy & Optimum Cost Saving Relationships Maintain good working relationship with all relevant stakeholders and employees.
