Minimum Requirements Qualifications CompTIA A certification or equivalent technical knowledge and practical experience. CompTIA Network certification or equivalent networking knowledge and experience. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Office 365. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Server Administration. Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Office 365. Sophos XG Firewall Engineer certification or equivalent experience in firewall administration and support. Technical Skills and Experience Proven experience providing first- and second-line desktop support. Experience performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) activities for end-user devices and IT equipment.
